“Your strategy is the most important part of your business” - Arnold Kubei

Arnold Kubei is a Cameroonian-born entrepreneur, with a Masters in Public Administration.

He rooted himself in Minnesota in 2007 to begin his journey of entrepreneurship within the home and community based services industry, eventually getting into real estate and other business ventures.

His journey was not easy or linear. In 2014, Kubei had secured a deal to purchase a gas station and convenience store in the east metro suburb of Maplewood, Minnesota.  It was a huge opportunity for Kubei and he felt ready to move forward in his success. But the gas station dream turned into a nightmare when he discovered that an underground gas storage tank on the property was leaking—a defect that Kubei says the seller should have disclosed. Regardless, the repairs were too costly for Kubei’s budget. Without revenue from gasoline sales, the business failed. This led to bankruptcy, repossessions, and countless court dates to resolve his debt.

Arnold strategically repositioned himself to establish Metro Care Human Services, a home and community-based services business. This venture has grown to employ over 80 staff members and become one of the leading providers in the state.

Now, he wants to help other small business owners learn the ways of success through consulting, workshops, and coaching. Arnold has coached many clients, through 1:1 sessions, group coaching sessions, and panel discussions. He has brought transformation to his client’s careers from over ten years of experience as a businessman and has finally came around to creating his consulting business to guide his clients more through analysis,
strategic planning, and access to resources wherever they are in their career.

If you're looking for a consultant to support you on your entrepreneurial journey, whether you're just beginning or have considerable experience, partnering with Mr. Kubei will be a valuable asset to your success.
